United Development is a digital product collective — around ten engineers, designers, and infrastructure specialists, founded and led by Kateryna Martynova. Today we operate as an established group of independent professionals, and we’re in the process of incorporating as a German UG.
We’ve built and run systems inside larger organizations, and we bring that enterprise experience directly to the teams we work with. We develop platforms, web and mobile apps, internal tools, and AI workflows — from architecture and design through launch and long-term maintenance. We also design engineering teams and operating models for companies scaling their delivery. When a project needs to scale fast, we can stand up dedicated teams quickly through trusted partners.
